NEW TOWN, N.D. — The New Town Ambulance Service has taken in a donation of $80,000.

KMOT-TV ( reports that the gift is from oil company Slawson Exploration.

The donation has allowed the ambulance service to purchase things including radios and a machine that conducts CPR on its own.

New Town Ambulance Service Manager Brandon Gosch says the money will allow the service to focus more on effective patient care.
