MANCHESTER, N.H. — Police say they’re investigating after a body was discovered in a wooded area of a Manchester park that’s located near an elementary school.

The body of an adult was found Tuesday afternoon at Cullerot Park. Police haven’t released the person’s name or gender. They say the cause of death remains unknown.

Police are trying to determine if the death is suspicious. They say the investigation is in its early stages.

The medical examiner will examine the body.

Police say there is no connection between the death and nearby Northwest Elementary School.
