Faith Hope and Love Church of God In Christ in Elizabethtown will present “Project Praze,” a faith-filled evening of music at 7 p.m. Saturday.
The event will showcase percussionist Arlecia Elkamil, who has been featured on the BET network. Monetary donations collected during the evening will benefit the family of late local singer Jamaal Combs to help cover his funeral and burial expenses.
The church at 11401 E. Indiana 7 also is hosting First Lady’s Night at 7 p.m. today with special guest Charlene Bosley from Dayspring Apostolic Church in Columbus.
A special service also will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday to mark the Elizabethtown church’s anniversary. Pastor Steve Millon of God’s House Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus will speak.
