Mrs. Thelma Joan Carr Andrew, 80, of North Vernon, Indiana, died Monday, October 17, 2016.
Family and friends may gather from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Voss and Sons Funeral service and after 10 a.m. until service time Friday. Funeral services will at 11 a.m. Friday at Voss Chapel.
