Indiana State Police are partnering with the Drug Enforcement Administration and Indiana Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force for the 12th Drug Take Back Day on Saturday.

Collection sites will be set up for expired, unused and unwanted pill or liquid prescription drugs. The service is free and anonymous. Needles will not be accepted.

Drugs may be dropped off at any Indiana State Police Post, with the exception of the Toll Road Post, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, people may also drop off drugs inside the Indiana Government Center’s North public entrance off of Robert Orr Plaza in Indianapolis.
