To help families celebrate Halloween in a safe and fun environment, Edinburgh Premium Outlets will host a night of trick or treat among participating businesses from 5 to 8 p.m. today at 11622 Executive Drive. A list of participating stores is available at guest services.
Children are encouraged to come in their Halloween costume and go door-to-door to collect their treats from participating retailers. For the comfort of small children, organizers ask that adults and children older than the age of 12 refrain from wearing masks. Toy weapons of any kind are prohibited.
