Public meeting on parks master plan tonight

Columbus residents are invited to a public meeting tonight of the Columbus Parks and Recreation Department to discuss its five-year master plan.

The meeting will be 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Donner Center, 739 22nd St. in Columbus. The purpose of this meeting is to gather public input on the department’s plans for facility improvements and programming changes for 2017-21.

Besides providing public input during the meeting, residents also are invited to fill out an online survey on the master plan.
