Sharon Kronhart, 73, of Columbus, died November 16, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus, Indiana.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Scott Kronhart.
Her daughter Wendy, who was by her side, survives her.
Sharon was born, raised and lived most of her life in Texas. She met Scott while he was in officer’s training at Ft. Hood. They had their very own, real life, “Officer and a Gentleman” love story and a long happy family life.
Sharon was mindful of her blessings and was a lifelong supporter of children’s charities. She supported Children Inc., helping children gain an education and future goals, while mentoring them through correspondence. She would eventually support a list of children’s charities too long to name individually.
Sharon will be cremated, as was her husband, and their ashes will be spread at a favorite destination (to be determined at a later date). With friends and family spread so far, no ceremony is scheduled at this time.
