Edinburgh
Michael W. Purvis, 65, of Edinburgh, formerly of Milton, Kentucky, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, at Homeview Health & Rehabilitation Center in Franklin.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Cyrus; his daughter, Candy VanSweringen of Edinburgh; his son, Scott Purvis of Edinburgh; brothers, Donnie Purvis of Columbus, Gary Purvis of Kentucky and Kevin Purvis of Columbus; sisters, Kim Garcia, Linda Compton and Martha Purvis, all of Columbus, and Sandy Purvis of Winter Haven, Florida; and four grandchildren.
Funeral service was conducted Wednesday at Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service in Milton, Kentucky. Burial was at Moffett Cemetery.
