Harold Albert Clarkson, 73, of North Vernon, died December 3, 2016, at Schneck Medical Center.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. The Rev. Connie Barr will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
In addition to his wife, Gina, survivors include three daughters, Lisa Thompson and Robin Reed, both of Columbus and Angela Martinez of Indianapolis; a son, Shane Clarkson of Edinburgh; four brothers, Gene (Ruth) and Dennis (Jenny) Clarkson of Westport, Bob (Mary) Clarkson of Seymour and Gerry (Phyllis) Clarkson of North Vernon; a sister, Georgetta Gilmore of Columbus; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society.
