Teresa Ann Mefford Frazee, 44, of North Vernon, died at 6:10 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, 2016, at King’s Daughters’ Health in Madison.
Survivors include her fiancé, Rusty Wells of Dupont; sons, Ryan Meadows and Tyler Meadows, both of Burney; parents, Phillip Mefford of Madison and Sandy (Greg) Guthrie of North Vernon; brothers, Devan Spicer of North Vernon and Brandon Mefford of Madison; and a sister, Stacey (Jonathan) Mann of Greensburg.
Funeral service will be conducted at noon Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon, with calling from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Madison.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to for expenses.
