Agriculture scholarships available

Students who plan to pursue higher education in agriculture-related fields can apply for scholarships through the America’s Farmers Grow Ag Leaders program. Applications are available through Feb. 1.

The program, sponsored by the Monsanto Fund and administered by FFA, plans to award $1,500 scholarships to students planning to pursue higher education from a two-year, four-year or trade agriculture-related program. Some of the fields for which scholarships are available include farming, agronomy, education, science, and communications.
