St. Mary’s Catholic School in Lafayette and St. Bartholomew School

» What’s your favorite class or part of the school day?

My favorite class is Principles of Biomedical Sciences because Mrs. Behling is a great teacher and it is the best way to end the school day.

» In which extracurricular activities do you participate?

CNHS Swimming and Diving, Health Occupations Students of America, National Honor Society, Franklin Regional Swim Team, Indiana Math League, St. Bartholomew Youth Ministry, Eucharistic Minister and Altar Server.

» When you’re not in school, where’s your favorite place to be and why?

My favorite place to be is the pool because I am surrounded by my favorite people, and it is my second home.

» What has been your greatest high school memory so far and why?

My favorite high school memory was making the state team my sophomore year because I had worked really hard toward my goals and it was a great experience.

» What are you looking forward to after graduation?

I am looking forward to continuing my study in biomedical engineering and my swimming career as a new experience in college.

» Who in your life has inspired you or whom do you look up to and why?

I look up to my coach, Ali Dewitt, because she taught me to have confidence in myself and has given me endless support along the way.

» What is the most important thing you’ve learned during, or from, high school?

I learned to manage my time wisely by balancing school and swimming.

I enjoy painting and drawing motivational quotes to hang in my room. This is one of my favorite quotes that I painted.
