Mitchel Paswater and Kristen Scheidt were married in a 3:30 p.m. ceremony conducted by Pastor Mark Tieke Sept. 17 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.
A reception followed at Mill Race Center.
The couple reside in Columbus.
The bride, the daughter of Brian and Kimberly Scheidt of Columbus, is a registered nurse at Columbus Regional Hospital.
The groom is the son of Deryl and Nina Paswater of Columbus. He is a teacher at Taylorsville Elementary School.
Laura Hittle of Columbus was maid of honor. Elizabeth Hartwig of Lake Zurich, Illinois, Kailee Bennett and Ellen Reuter, both of Indianapolis and Kim Bennett of Columbus were bridesmaids. Evangeline and Gwendolyn Scheidt of Bargersville were flower girls.
Casey Paswater of Columbus was best man. Braden Loyd and Mark Schneider, both of Columbus, Parker Green of North Vernon and Nathan Bryant of Indianapolis were groomsmen. Jake Rosenberger of Columbus and Jason Scheidt of Bargersville were ushers. Benjamin Rapp of Columbus was the ring bearer.
