James “Mike” Perry, 64, of Columbus, died at 12:04 p.m. Monday, December 26, 2016, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Survivors include his son, Donald (Amanda) Perry; daughter, Joanna Monroe; sister, Judy Fisher; brother, Larry (Linda) Perry; and four grandchildren, all of Columbus.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Mike Sarver officiating. Calling will be from 11:30 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will be at McKinney Cemetery in Brown County.
