Annette Lowell Siler Hungerford, 87, of Columbus, died unexpectedly at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2016, in the Emergency Department at Columbus Regional Health.
Survivors include her husband, Owen Hungerford.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Four Seasons Chapel, with Chaplain Hawkins officiating. Calling will be from 1 p.m. until service time.
