Joseph Emerson Daugherty, 74, of Butlerville, died Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; a son, Charles Daugherty; and a daughter, Steffanie Smith.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Vernon Baptist Church. The viewing will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home. A complete obituary will appear in Tuesday’s Republic.
