Martha A. Hendershott, 91, Greensburg, died at 5:40 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017, at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Greensburg.
Survivors include daughters, Linda Newbold of Loudon, Tennessee, and Joan (Ron) Temple of Morristown; sons, Virgil E. (Mary) Hendershott Jr. of Connersville and Michael (Teresa) Hendershott of Greensburg; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil; sons, Leroy and David Hendershott; and daughter, Rita Castelli.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Bartlett officiating. Cremation will follow. Burial will be at the Arlington Cemetery at a later date. A time of visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hickory Creek Activity Fund through the funeral home.
