Mary Beeker Davis, 83, of Elizabethtown, died at 4:15 p.m., January 11, 2017, at her home.
Mary was born January 11, 1934, in Bartholomew County, the daughter of Charles and Opal Gates Beeker. She married Willard Davis Jr. August 26, 1949.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Lucas and Pastor Les Fix officiating. Calling hours will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Daugherty Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations to be made to the funeral home to help with final arrangements.
Survivors include her daughter, Penny (Donnie) Miller of Columbus; sisters, Betty (Bob) Moore and Bonnie Rigsby, both of Columbus, and Barbara (Gordon) Schnadinger of North Vernon; grandchildren, Cindy (Eddie) Davis-Podgorski, Tamara (Ben) Jones, Deana Thomas, Branden (Lauren) Luhn, Brittnee (Josh) Morris, Cory Davis, Cody Miller and Justin Miller, along with many others; and several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willard; sons, Michael and Dean Davis; and a sister, Linda Carol Jones.
