Family Chiropractic and Wellness, located in Columbus, has selected Advocates for Children as its sponsored charity for 2017, and will assist throughout the year to spread the word about the agency’s work on behalf of area victims of child abuse and neglect.
In addition, Family Chiropractic and Wellness has agreed to a provide a financial contribution in support of Advocates for Children’s mission. Family Chiropractic will serve as a spotlight sponsor for the agency’s spring fundraising event, Crooners for CASA, and also will be the presenting sponsor of the agency’s premier fall event, Night of a Thousand Jacks.
Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers serve as officers of the court and represent the best interests of children who have been removed from their homes due to issues of abuse and neglect. Advocates for Children trains and supports these volunteers.
