Mr. James Allen “Jim” Moore, 65, of Dupont, Indiana died at 5:55 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017, at his home.
Jim will be missed by his loving sons, Christopher Allen (Julie) Moore of Madison, Indiana and Kevin Brindley Moore of Madison, Indiana; the mother of his sons, Rita Brindley Moore; and his sister, Wanda Moore (Tom) Spurgeon of Hanover, Indiana.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday by Pastor David Brown at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive, Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Hall’s Ridge near Canaan, Indiana. A final salute by Jefferson Post 9 of the American Legion with full military honors will take place at 2:30 p.m. at the graveside after the services.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the New Freedom Baptist Church. Cards are available at the funeral home.
