William Eastwood “Bill” Barlow Jr., 68, of North Vernon, died at 12:57 p.m. Wednesday Jan. 25, 2017, at his home.
Jr. is survived by his wife, Vicky Davis Barlow of North Vernon; children, William Eastwood Barlow III of St. Petersburg, Annie Barlow and James Barlow of North Vernon; and his two granddaughters.
There will be a celebration of Jr.’s life at 6 p.m. Monday which will follow the gathering of family and friends from 3 to 6 p.m. at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th St., Columbus. In keeping with Jr.’s wishes, cremation is planned with private burial later.
Memorials for Jr. may be sent to the Soldiers Missing in Action fund.
