Helen Mae Rogers, 86, of North Vernon, died Saturday, January 28, 2017, at Schneck Medical Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Jerry Byrd will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. A Rosary service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Sawyer–Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. Visitation will follow from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She is survived by two sons, Donald (Jane) Rogers of Seymour and Keith (Myra) Rogers of North Vernon; a daughter, Karen (Wayne) Geswein of North Vernon; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William W. Rogers.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s School.
