Dr. J. Stuart and Mrs. Jeanette Cundiff of Cessna Drive will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception, hosted by their daughter and granddaughter, from 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 11 at the Parkside Baptist Church, 1780 Rocky Ford Road. The couple also will celebrate with a trip to Florida later in the year.
Dr. Cundiff and the former Jeanette Keith were married Feb. 10, 1957, at First Baptist Church in Livingston, Tennessee, by the Rev. C.A. Robinson.
Dr. Cundiff is retired from United States Air Force after 22 years of active duty and 24 years as a home missionary for the Southern Baptist Convention.
Mrs. Cundiff also retired after 24 years as a home missionary for the Southern Baptist Convention.
The couple have three children, Charles Andrew of Texas, the late James Scott of California and Rebecca Sue of Indiana. They also have five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
