COLUMBUS, Ind. — Battery charges have been filed against a Bartholomew County Jail inmate after an incident that resulted in the injury of a jail officer.
Dustin Leatherbury, 28, 2925 10th St., Columbus, was charged with battery on a public servant resulting in bodily injury (Level 5 felony) and battery by bodily waste (Level 6 felony).
