Cristy Dawn Petrosky, 41, of Columbus, died unexpectedly at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Derick Petrosky of Columbus; a daughter, Haven Esselborn of Trafalgar; her parents, Ronald Lee and Susanna Lynn Rutter Esselborn of Morgantown; and a sister, Rhonda Hicks of Martinsville.
A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at Days Inn, 3445 W. Jonathan Moore Pike. Cremation is planned and private inurnment will be in Morgantown at a later date.
Arrangements were made by Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any local animal rescue organization.
