Joseph “Papa Joe” Smith, 88, of Premium, Kentucky, formerly of Indiana, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Imajean Smith; a son, Douglas Pinson of Premium; and two daughters, Tracy Madera of Detroit and Vicki (Ron) Sharin of Fishers.
Funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday at Letcher Funeral Home in Whitesburg, Kentucky, with calling after 6 p.m. Saturday.
