Indiana Department of Transportation crews will be making asphalt and concrete repairs to the northbound lanes of Interstate 65 south of Columbus tonight through Friday morning.
There will be single lane closures during the repairs in the northbound lanes from mile marker 65.5 — near the Walesboro exit — in the left northbound lane, which will be followed by repairs in the right lane at that mile marker. One northbound lane of the interstate will remain open during the repairs.
Lane restrictions are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. today and will be lifted by 6 a.m. Friday, INDOT officials said.
Poor weather could postpone this work, INDOT said.
