Paul Edward Daniels, 73, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017, at Heritage House Nursing Home in Greensburg. He was born on April 16, 1943, in Dearborn County, the son of John Williams Daniels and Christina (Simpson) Daniels.
Paul is survived by daughter, Susan (Ronnie) Boles of Fairland; sons, Jeff Daniels of Fairland and Ronald Daniels of Indianapolis; three grandchildren, Amber Boles, Kristie (Ronnie) Jones Jr. and Kasie Boles.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
He worked for Freight Liner Trucking until his retirement.
He enjoyed traveling the United States, especially the vacations with his mother. He traveled to the different oceans which always gave him great comfort. He was an avid roller skater, which he enjoyed his whole life.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service. The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville. Funeral Directors Greg, Sheila and Stuart Parks are honored to conduct the services for Mr. Daniels.
