The local Century 21 Breeden Realtors office was recently awarded the Century 21 President’s Award, in recognition of its outstanding sales production and commitment to providing quality service.
The award is presented to independent Century 21 offices that earn the Centurion and the company’s Quality Service Pinnacle awards in the same calendar year. It is given in recognition of exemplary sales production of $2,053,000 or 436 closed transaction sides in a year. The Pinnacle award is based on the number of satisfaction surveys the office receives — 30 percent or more of those surveyed — between Jan. 1 and Oct. 31.
