Kevin Lee Woolf, 54, of Butlerville, died at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 12, 2017, at his residence.
Survivors include his former wife and caregiver, Angie Woolf of Butlerville; sons, Charlie Woolf and Samuel Woolf, both of Butlerville; a daughter, Rachel Woolf of Butlerville; parents, Glen and Carol Woolf of Butlerville; a stepson, Roger Lyall of Moline, Illinois; and three stepgrandchildren.
Funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon, with the Rev. Dale Boyd officiating. Calling will be from 2 p.m. until service time Saturday.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
