George D. Carr, 83, of North Vernon, died Saturday, March 11, 2017, at Premier Healthcare of North Vernon.
He is survived by his daughter, Donna Jean (Jeff) Bragg and a brother, Robert (Georgetta) Carr.
Mr. Carr requested no visitation or service. Cremation rites have been accorded.
