Jack L. Moore, 81, of Columbus, died Monday, March 27, 2017 at Hickory Creek at Columbus.
Mr. Moore was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a station agent on the Monon Railroad for several years. Jack also loved sports and was a longtime left-handed golfer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew J. and Helen F. (Daughetee) Moore.
Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Brenda Ann Moore of Columbus; daughter, Sandi Mahl of Columbus; brother, Damon (Sue) Moore of Wantah; and grandchildren, Andria Mahl, Will Mahl and Sarah (Thom) Mathews.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
Memorials in Jack’s name are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Indiana Chapter, 50 E. 91st St., No. 100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240.
