I don’t hear of a ton of punk rock shows playing in Columbus. Perhaps I have simply aged out of the genre and don’t know about the underground venues and house shows. Or perhaps punk shows just don’t happen here. Either way, if you, like me, have a taste for the genre, you have to grab your opportunities when you can. The Razor Ramones, a homegrown group bearing hints of their namesake band, The Ramones, will celebrate their cassette release at Yats, 325 Fourth St. The evening, which starts at 8 p.m. Friday, will feature performances by The Razor Ramones, T,B.N.R. and Living Creature, 8 p.m., April 7. Free admission. All ages.
