Hand-washing sinks must be accessible at all times. The hand-washing sink in the dish washing area is blocked by a large stack of boxes. Previous inspection found a cockroach in the cappuccino machine. No receipts from professional pest control have been submitted and an employee on duty knew nothing about the situation. Professional pest control is still required and receipts must be submitted by March 25.
