Columbus Bariatrics is partnering with local nonprofit organizations to donate 1,000 hours of community service this year.
Columbus Bariatrics will sponsor three events throughout the year to commemorate more than 1,000 successful bariatric surgeries.
The first event will be from 9 a.m. to noon June 10 at Love Chapel, 311 Center St.
Columbus Regional bariatric patients, family and friends are encouraged to volunteer at one or all of the events.
The donation of hours outside of the planned events is strongly encouraged to help Columbus Bariatrics reach its goal.
