Community Good Friday service at Commons

People who attend the annual Community Good Friday Service at noon Friday at The Commons in Columbus will follow the steps of Jesus of Nazareth from his betrayal to his death and burial.

The Holy Week journey will be part of what organizers say will be a focus on what many Christians know as the stations of the cross.

Each year, the nondenominational gathering, organized by the Ecumenical Assembly of Bartholomew County Churches, attracts about 300 people from more than 20 area churches.
