Women in Leadership honorees named

Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the 2017 Women in Leadership honorees.

They are:

  • Jean Donica, co-owner and broker, Re/Max Real Estate Professionals
  • Julie Quesenbery, Columbus Police Department school resource officer
  • Jennifer Rumsey, vice president and chief technical officer for Cummins, Inc.
  • Lisa Shafran, president of Turning Point Domestic Violence Services.

This year’s luncheon will be at 11:30 a.m. May 19 at The Commons in Columbus. During the program, each honoree will be featured in a video and will talk about her career journey.

Women honored in the program are selected for their ability to model excellence, integrity, collaboration, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Linda DeClue, former Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. assistant superintendent for human resources, will serve as honorary chairwoman of the event.

Tickets are $40 for chamber members and $45 for non-members. Reservations may be made at columbusareachamber.com.
