A monthly graphic charting local real estate activity begins today in The Republic.
Each month, updated Bartholomew County statistics will include new residential real estate listings, the number of closed sales, median sales price, months supply of inventory and number of homes for sale, plus the average percentage of original list price received by the seller.
The chart will have information from the most recent month, compared to statistics from the prior year, and year-to-date statistics.
