Purdue Polytechnic slates open house

Purdue Polytechnic Columbus will have a public open house for those interested in admission this fall.

The “All Aboard Open House” will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the school, 4444 Kelly St., in the Advanced Manufacturing Center for Excellence building.

There will be demonstrations of 3-D printing, virtual reality, robotics and facility tours. Free food will be provided by the Purdue Columbus Booster Club. Faculty and staff will be available to meet guests and share about degree programs.

Annex Student Housing, located across the street from Purdue Polytechnic Columbus, will host a companion event from 6 to 8 p.m. Free dessert will be available for guests who stop in and view the accommodations for students wishing to live near school. Degrees offered at the Purdue Polytechnic Columbus include bachelor’s degree programs in computer information technology, engineering technology, industrial engineering technology, mechanical engineering technology, organizational leadership, robotics engineering technology and supply chain management technology.
