Nancy Ann Baxley, 82, of Seymour, died Sunday, April 23, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis surrounded by her family.
Nancy is survived by her daughters, Jacquie (John) Sutphin and Jody (Doug) Heiman; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Baxley and son, Mark Alan “Max” Baxley.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel where Rev. Doug Heiman, Pastors Jon Carlstrom and Keith Ross will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday. The burial will be held at Riverview Cemetery after the service.
Memorials can be made to the Red Sky Rescue and H.O.P.P.S. (Helping Our Pediatric Patients Smile, c/o Kosair Children’s Hospital).
