Allen and Linda Rea of Columbus will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary May 7 by listening to their children and grandchildren sing during the church service and enjoying a family meal after the service.
Mr. Rea and the former Linda Henry were married May 4, 1957, at Lick Branch Baptist Church in Deputy, Indiana, by the Rev. Berkley Webb.
Mr. Rea retired after 38 years at Arvin Industries, Inc.
Mrs. Rea is a homemaker.
The couple have two children, Meghan M. Johnson and Kyrmen Rea-Hedrick. They also have four grandchildren.
