Mr. Thomas Guy Collins, 68, of Seymour, died at 12:15 a.m. Sunday, April 30, 2017, at the Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia; daughter, LaWanda (Bradley) Tidd; son, Beary Collins; brother, William Spence; sister, Elizabeth Spence; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday by Voss Funeral Service at Voss Chapel in Seymour with the Rev. Brien Stout officiating. Friends and family may gather from 4 p.m. until service time Wednesday at Voss Chapel. A flag presentation and taps will be at 7 p.m.
The family asks that memorials be made to the local Jackson County Veterans Office through the Voss and Sons Funeral Service.
