The Ninth Street Park Neighborhood Watch will have Bartholomew County Sheriff Matt Myers as the featured speaker at 6 p.m. Monday at the Bartholomew County Library conference room.
Myers will speak about the heroin epidemic facing Bartholomew County and what private citizens can do to help. There also will be a discussion about the 2016 end-of-year report in comparison of the first five months of 2017.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and a question-and-answer session is planned.
