BARDSTOWN, Ky. — Police in central Kentucky have arrested four people in connection with the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old boy.

Bardstown Police Chief Steve Uram told media the teen was with two others early Monday in a parked vehicle when another vehicle with two males drove up and shot the boy in the chest. Nelson County Coroner Field Houghlin identified the teen as Cameron Wes Williamson.

Police said Shanontay Jemare Adams was charged with murder and first-degree robbery. Aleyis Paige Gribbins, Torique Shawne Griffin and Damion Paul Murphy were charged with complicity to murder, and Gribbins and Murphy were also charged with first-degree robbery.

Investigators say the man and woman in the car with Williamson drove to a nearby convenience store and that’s where police found the teen’s body.
