WEST MONROE, La. — Authorities say the body of a missing Shreveport man was found in a vehicle on Interstate 20.

The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office told KNOE-TV (http://bit.ly/2qlIPvG) that deputies discovered the body of 33-year-old Johnathan Darden on Saturday in West Monroe.

The Shreveport Police Department said in a news release that Darden has been missing since May 7. Police say he suffered from health problems that could have left him disoriented.

Authorities say there’s no indication of foul play and an investigation is under way.
