DAVENPORT, Iowa — Authorities have arrested a second teen suspected in the shooting death of a 17-year-old boy in Davenport.

The 16-year-old boy is charged with murder and robbery in Friday’s slaying of 17-year-old Akeim Hill. Another 17-year-old boy was arrested Saturday and also is charged with murder and robbery. The Associated Press generally doesn’t name juveniles accused of crimes.

Police say the two boys met Hill in a parking lot just before noon Friday. A fight broke out, and Hill was shot twice. He was pronounced dead later at a hospital.
