Kyle Romine, 35, of Hope, died Monday evening, May 15, 2017, at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis.

He worked as a setup technician at NTN Driveshaft.

Kyle served on the Hope Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed playing baseball with his children and helping on the farm. He was an avid hunter and a hard worker. Most importantly, Kyle was a true family-man and devoted husband. His main passion was spending time with his family.

Born on Oct. 14, 1981, in Columbus, Kyle was the son of Robert and Cheryl Blanford Romine. He married Anntasia Paetzel on May 7, 2004.

Kyle is survived by his wife, Anntasia Romine of Hope; children, Abbigal, Zakary and Collyne, all of Hope; father, Robert Romine of Medora; parents-in-law, Randy (Kelly) Paetzel of Hope; siblings, Danielle (Jon) Hollenback of Brown County, Teresa Romine of Shelbyville, Robin (Chris) Steinway of Trafalgar, Josh (Katie) Romine of Nashville, Tennessee, Missy (Kyle) Rutan of Ogilville and Darcy (Billy Mobley) Romine of Brown County; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl.

The funeral will be at noon Friday at Norman Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Day Sr. officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hawcreek Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to help ease the burden of expenses on Kyle’s wife and children.
