G. Pauline Huntington, 83, of Hope, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017, with her family by her side.
Before retirement, she worked as a cashier in banking and at Columbus Regional Hospital in the cafeteria.
Pauline was a member of Hope First Baptist Church, Royal Neighbors and Eastern Star for 50 years. She enjoyed camping, gardening, doing word searches and playing Tetris.
Born on Feb. 16, 1934, in Bee Springs, Kentucky, Pauline was the daughter of Raymond and Mary Hayes Vincent. She married Lewis Huntington on May 23, 1959, at Greensburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis Huntington of Hope; grandson, Steven (Dawn) Huntington of Hartsville; great-grandchildren, Kaden Huntington of Hartsville and Shawn VanSickle of North Vernon; and several nieces and nephews.
Pauline is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Nelva Huntington; brother, Delbert Vincent; sister, Oreen Ross; and many aunts and uncles.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, at Norman Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Walker officiating. Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and from noon until time of service on Wednesday. Burial will be at Mud Pike Cemetery near Osgood, Indiana.
