• the L.F. Smith Elementary bowling trip donor for your generosity and allowing us a fun way to celebrate our ISTEP efforts, from grades 3 to 6 students.

• the L.F. Smith Elementary students for great behavior on your bowling trip, from a chaperone.

• Jared and his staff at Texas Roadhouse for donating to a family gathering.

• Kroger for finding my check, saving it and taking the time to track me down.

Onions to …

• the man who walks the little black dog on Cedar Ridge Drive and lets the dog urinate in everyone’s yard.

• the person who covered the curves on West County Road 300S with deep, wet grass, making it dangerous for bicycles and motorcycles.

• administrators who allow seniors to skip school.

• people who don’t realize that modest mothers also breastfeed in public, but nobody notices.

• people who don’t understand the wording “federally financed” is still taxpayer money.

• people who drive too fast on Beam Road.

• the newspaper that continues to publish negative articles about our president.
